To make our coverage even more affordable, you may also qualify for tax credits from the federal government that could reduce your costs significantly. All our coverage plans offer preventive care services covered at 100%.

Ideal for members who use community health centers for primary care needs. 

Emphasizing preventive healthcare and accepted statewide. 

Choose a Connected Care plan if having the lowest monthly premium is most important to you.


Is your doctor or hospital in our network?

Please be sure to check that your preferred doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers are part of our network before selecting a plan. In-network providers will provide you with the most savings. Out-of-network providers will cost you more.


Native American Plans

Montana Health CO-OP offers a complete array of its Montana health insurance plans to Native Americans, all with options for limited-cost sharing and zero-cost sharing.

Native American health insurance plans are available to registered members of federally-recognized tribes. To determine if you and your family are eligible, and to choose among our many coverage options, go to our shopping portal. After you receive your eligibility determination, you’ll be able to view your choices, see the cost to you and apply.
