October 26, 2015:  Given the significant growth Montana Health CO-OP (MHC) has experienced in the past 18 months, MHC announces that it has added President to Chief Operating Officer Larry Turney’s title effective November 1.  MHC has grown from 12,000 members at the end of 2014 to more than 42,000 members currently.

President and COO Turney was MHC’s first employee.  He facilitated the development of the Montana federal loan application and business plan as well as the expansion into Idaho in 2014. Before joining MHC, Mr. Turney spent over 19 years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana in various leadership positions.  He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is also on the board of directors of the Florence Crittenton Home, which offers residential and outpatient support for young mothers and their babies.

Current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jerry Dworak will retain the position of CEO.
